We didn't feel that any services were pushed on us, the staff was very good about describing in detail what the estimate was for, ensuring things were being replaced on an appropriate timeline, and giving us a list of non-essential items we may consider working on in the future.

When I pulled in to your shop in the afternoon with a red light glaring on my dashboard, someone immediately came out and said to not drive it any further. Without an appointment, it was taken care of the next say. I needed it the following day, and right at 8:00 a.m., I was met with a smile, the bill, and my keys.
