Great service ! Above and beyond ! Liz was able to accommodate us despite of their fully booked week's schedule. We were very desperate after our 2014 Audi Q5 broke down in the Bay Area. For somebody who's from out of town, it's daunting to find a reliable , experienced , and trustworthy shop. We're so fortunate to pick Mellow Motors first after a quick research. We were able to safely drive our car back to Roseville ,CA .

I brought my car to Mellow Motors for the first time for my annual service after having gone to the dealer for years. Great experience. Liz at the front desk was great with communication and answered all of my questions. I got an appointment in a couple days. After dropping my car off, I received a call from the technician to go over the recommended service and to answer any questions I had. They explained all of my options with pricing before doing any work. They didn't try to pressure me into anything, which I really appreciated. Their prices were very fair and they had my car ready the same day. I will be back whenever I need any service done in the future.

I keep returning to Mellow Motors because I trust them. They give clear explanations of the work needed and what it will cost, and also advise when maybe you don't need to rush to get something fixed. The paperwork shows a detailed breakdown ofparts and labor. Everyone on the team is courteous and friendly.

If there were 10 stars Mellow Motors would get 10. I took my car to BMW and they did nothing to it for two days. Took it to Mellow Motors. They carefully worked out the problem and fixed the car. All the people at Mellow Motors are so nice. Why take your car any were else?
