It took four weeks to get our car repaired for what seemed a relatively simple issue, a bad ignition system connector. This was disconcerting. The main issue was that a needed part was not available any longer for our 18 year old car. Mellow Motors spent a good deal of time trying to find a part. Several were ordered and tried before a work-around was done. We understand this was not the fault of Mellow Motors, however, we also felt a bit neglected in the process. Part of the problem was the Christmas and New Year holidays when the shop was closed for two four-day holidays. In the end the repair was very good and car runs tip top so everything is okay.
