Amazing service, very personal. I was due to leave early the next morning, driving to Los Angeles, Then at 2.30 p.m. I found the ignition was defective. Arriving at Mellon Motors, they said they would replace the part and make sure the car was ready by the end of the afternoon so that I would not be delayed the next day. In addition, the cost was considerably less than the dealership had quoted !!

As always, my problems were solved and mirrored the estimate. I never felt at all like I'm being sold a bill of goods. Nice friendly people. I have piece of mind knowing that I have a mechanic that I can trust.

We have been going to Mellow Motors for over 10 years during that time have tried other mechanics closer to home but have always gone back to Mellow Motors. They are very honest, and well priced.

Nick is always fabulous about walking me through issues, costs, etc.

although the work was not completed when I requested to have my car back, you made up for it with the friendly service, car wash and nice card with the Peets gift cert. Plus, you fixed the problems - the car is running great. thanks
