Fast, Friendly, and Fair. I arrived at Mellow Motors with my car broken down on a flatbed. They gave me a ride to work, and picked me up later in day, with their shuttle service. In the mean time they replaced a failed fuel pump, keeping me informed every step of the way. They even sent my car around the corner to get smog checked while they were at it, saving me an additional errand.

I love the people and service at Mellow Motors. I was a client years ago, but stopped going as my new vehicle was under warrantee and all service was covered. I'm happy to say that after my first visit back, I find them just as efficient, fast, clear in communications, honest, and friendly as they were in the past. Nick prioritized every "job" on my car so I could decide what to do now, and what to delay if needed. He explained in easy to understand terminology exactly what was needed and why so I could make informed choices. This is so much more than BMW ever did!
