I love the people and service at Mellow Motors. I was a client years ago, but stopped going as my new vehicle was under warrantee and all service was covered. I'm happy to say that after my first visit back, I find them just as efficient, fast, clear in communications, honest, and friendly as they were in the past. Nick prioritized every "job" on my car so I could decide what to do now, and what to delay if needed. He explained in easy to understand terminology exactly what was needed and why so I could make informed choices. This is so much more than BMW ever did! Liz and Nic were very helpful and provided excellent service.

I was able to drop in and get a new battery installed for my 2011 Mini in less than an hour. I had learned that it was more than just replacing a battery but your charge was over $100 less than the Mini Dealer quoted. Very nice front counter people.
