A great experience from the time I called to make an appointment and even greater when I walked in the door. The service was completed quickly, efficiently, and saved me substantially over estimates that I got elsewhere. And, the Office Manager was very efficient arranging rides for me to get to another location while my car was in for the service.

always friendly. didn't fix it on the first go round, but credited the first towards the second checkup.

Fast, Friendly, and Fair. I arrived at Mellow Motors with my car broken down on a flatbed. They gave me a ride to work, and picked me up later in day, with their shuttle service. In the mean time they replaced a failed fuel pump, keeping me informed every step of the way. They even sent my car around the corner to get smog checked while they were at it, saving me an additional errand.
