I was supposed to have a quick turn around for windshield wipers and oil change but ended up there for 3-1/2 hours because Nick talked me into a complete inspection which ended up showng a few potential problems and no real solutions except to monitor. More importantly, I think Nick needs to communicate better with customers. He should have explained how long it would take and when I asked him to check with the mechanics on timing, he said they didn't like to be disturbed! Next time I would prefer to schedule when Rick is around.
