Honest, reasonably priced, always helpful!

I had a routine 75K maintenance done on my '08 Honda Accord today. Scheduling, reminder email, check-in, and shuttle ride to and from home while work was being performed was excellent. The actual work done was as I was expected and as estimated. No surprises and no add ons or sales pitches for additional work. I've been very satisfied with Mellow Motors.

There are many things to appreciate about Mellow Motors. The secretary, Liz, is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Ric Owner) and Nick (Service Writer) are friendly, competent, and thorough. I have always felt comfortable with their reports and recommendations about our two vehicles. They provide a courtesy vehicle and driver. I understand why Mellow Motors has been in business for 42 years.

When our car broke down recently relatively far from home, and I learned that AAA towing would only take it somewhere within a five-mile radius, I was apprehensive that our car would wind up at an overpriced, dishonest repair shop. But I had little choice but to trust to fate. Luckily, fate took us to Mellow Motors. The car was dropped off after hours. When I called the next morning, Liz couldn't have been more gracious. And when I spoke both to Nick and Rick later, they were equally responsive. They got our car going as quickly as possible and even topped off the oil--gratis. The work was good, the price fair, the service superb. Can't ask for more than that.
