Nick was very straight forward about the items that could wait replacement pending my decision to sell my car. I felt I was being treated fairly and with respect. Not a lot of hard core selling of repairs that aren't vital to safety of customer and vehicle. This was my first visit to Mellow Motors and I would highly recommend to friends to check Rick and Nick out. The receptionist is extremely easy to work with and very customer service oriented.

These people were just really nice to me during an emergency break down that I had... the first one I called would not let me drop the car off after hours, but mellow Motors did. And we're very nice to me on the phone, which I really appreciate :-)

I appreciated the time that Ric spent with me going over the repair. He answered all my questions in as minute a detail as I required. I couldn't believe the free carwash! I will definitely return and refer Mellow to my friends.
