As usual, another pleasant experience getting my X5 serviced. Rich spent more time talking to me about some issues than my doctor does! Getting my car serviced there is a pleasure. I always leave feeling like my interests were served and that I did'nt get charged for anything that was unnecessary.

Mellow Motors service is outstanding. They fix whatever is wrong with my car and are pleasant and helpful when doing so. I have an older car and they have always researched and found the parts needed. Communications is timely and excellent. The work environment is spotless. They provide rides to and from their shop and consider traffic in scheduling. I am very pleased with their service.
