I'm a new customer, having heard good things about Mellow for years. Took hurting auto into them and they were professional and courteous. You could tell they were trying to fix the car correctly and quickly as inexpensively as possible. Everything you want and can ask from an auto repair shop. Very nice people too!

Great service

I've been going to Mellow Motors for about ten years. They price fairly, diagnose accurately, are timely and are a bunch of terrific people. This latest "issue" I had taken the X5 to the dealer to have one of the two (they didn't have the passenger side - yet) Takata airbags replaced. I also asked the dealer to look into a strange sound when starting the car. After their fancy machine charged me $180, the determined that nothing was wrong. So I took it to Mellow Motors and before even seeing the car, they knew the problem and had it resolved and back to me promptly. Did I say they're a bunch of great people?

Mellow economically replaced a taillight that for years had been said impossible without buying a whole new unit. Workers are smart, work is speedy AND there's a shuttle. I couldn't be happier.

It is always reassuring to take one’s automobile to a repair shop knowing you will come away after that experience feeling confident in their work. Mellow Motors has a wonderfully competent and professional staff. It is also an incredibly clean garage.

Front office staff was very professional and nice, set expectations accordingly for scheduling, drop off and expected work to be completed. Everything was done as bid, pricing seemed right. Their driver Omar was nice too. I am planning to switch all my vehicles' service to Mello
