I've been going to Mellow Motors for about ten years. They price fairly, diagnose accurately, are timely and are a bunch of terrific people. This latest "issue" I had taken the X5 to the dealer to have one of the two (they didn't have the passenger side - yet) Takata airbags replaced. I also asked the dealer to look into a strange sound when starting the car. After their fancy machine charged me $180, the determined that nothing was wrong. So I took it to Mellow Motors and before even seeing the car, they knew the problem and had it resolved and back to me promptly. Did I say they're a bunch of great people?
