My car broke down and I was able to have it towed to Mellow Motors and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 2 days, all without any appointment. Liz, Nick, and Ric are all very pleasant and helpful.

My mother-in-law brought her 2006 Lexus GS300 with 111,000 miles on it to Marin Lexus for an engine warning light. Marin Lexus proceeded to tell her she needed to rebuild the engine, not drive it too far and cost would be a minimum of $8,500. I brought the dealer estimate to Nick at Mellow and he said bring the car in and we will diagnose and try a different approach. Two days later, the car was fixed and cost was a total of $550!!!

I came in on the recommendation of a good friend with a squeaky struts problem. I was told by two other service companies that the fix would cost thousands but Mellow Motors found a way to stop the squeak for a small fraction of the cost. I will definitely use them again.
