Previously, I was hesitant to use independent car repair shops because of a false belief that only dealerships had the necessary proprietary equipment to provide consistently good service. Mellow Motors is very organized, knowledgeable, and were able to accurately diagnose a check engine light and fix the problem in the time span that I typically spend registering at the dealership. I called just before their closing time, and Liz accommodated my request. She is knowledgeable about cars, efficient, and very helpful. Their mechanics are very expert technicians, and I will take our cars to them for all future servicing. Kudos to Liz and Ric for the great service!
