Referred to Mellow Motors for possible repairs that my mechanic did not want to do. Both Ric, the owner, and Nick who worked on my car were easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and were very responsive. The work was done on time, and their shuttle picked me up so that I could retrieve my car. Liz is a delight , and brightened up my day! Great place all around.

Nice, clean facility and very helpful staff -- they did a great job of explaining the issue and options. Overall, a better experience than going to the German car dealerships (except for their fancy espresso machines)

We noticed a leak from car on Thanksgiving. We drove over to the shop Friday morning since Google showed their normal hours with no mention of being closed. However it was a mistake and the shop was going to be closed through the Thanksgiving weekend. However one mechanic working on a special project in the back and noticed us pull in. We wouldn't have seen him. Yet he came out and offered us the option to leave the car and he'd take a look. He found the problem and the car was fixed by the next day. We were grateful for getting the car fixed before the work week began.
