Excellent experience!!! I was in dire need of an emergency repair on my Fiat 500. I called and was kindly greeted by Liz who immediately let me know that, based on volume, my car might not be able to be looked at until the next day. I was thankful for the honesty instead of a false claim that I'd be serviced right away. In spite of her warning my car was actually evaluated the same day and was given a general overview of what the initial projections were. Nick was amazing giving me the projected scope of the situation but was also honest in telling me that things could change after a more thorough examination. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process with no delays and I'm more than satisfied with my repairs. The entire staff from Liz at the front and Nick who was directly involved with repairs performed well above anything I've ever experienced at any repair shop and any dealer. Along with my Fiat I've also owned multiple BMWs and Mercedes vehicles. I wish I would have done more research and found these folks sooner. I would highly recommend Mellow Motors to anyone who wants the best service possible for their vehicles. They are far superior to any dealer I've ever been to. They will make sure your needs are taken care of and won't sell you things you don't need. If I could give them 10 stars I would but Google limits that ability.
