Mellow Motors has been Marin County institution since the 80s. I recently moved back to Larkspur so it was the obvious choice when my Nissan Rogue was due for service. Friendly, efficient, and informative telephone communication. Easy drop off and pick up. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my car, caused by another repair shop as it turns out, which was very difficult to find. But Mellow Motors was a) persistent, b) great with communication and c) they owned the problem - after they couldn't fix it the second time, they didn't charge me any more until the fixed it. These guys are easy to deal with and they are good. I won't go anywhere else.

I had an emergency light pop up on my dash, and was concerned about driving until it got checked out. I called early the next morning. Ric called back before the shop had even opened and told me I could bring it right over. He checked the problem out and took care of it immediately, then followed up with a phone call about past due service ( covid delays.) They took care of all of it on the same day. I am very grateful for the responsive, skilled personal service! Mellow has beat my expectations once again!!
