Ric and Liz are true professionals; plus friendly and responsive. Liz had a Hertz car waiting for me to rent for the day which saves so much time as you can drop it off there as well. Ric fixed a leak that the dealer had said was more extensive (and more expensive) than it was on second inspection plus did an oil change and advised on tires. I am glad I am back at Mellow Motors! Rick is an extremely honest and great guy, so I can always trust his recommendations. He will always recommend when a certain service is needed or not needed, or when I should consider doing it in the future. I never feel he has suggested repairs that aren't needed It is such a pleasure to work with Rick and his team, who are super cheerful and always make sure I have a ride home.
