I had a very nice experience. The front officewas helpful and professional. I took my X5 in for a Check Engine light diagnostics. Three other shops could not figure out why the light continued to come back on. Ricks shop was my last resort. I was happy I went in. Now I am regretting not just going there in the first place. They solved the problem and diagnosed another issue with my DSC control system. My car was ready on time and the repair was within the estimated amount.I think I have just found a new mechanic!
