I had a very nice experience. The front officewas helpful and professional. I took my X5 in for a Check Engine light diagnostics. Three other shops could not figure out why the light continued to come back on. Ricks shop was my last resort. I was happy I went in. Now I am regretting not just going there in the first place. They solved the problem and diagnosed another issue with my DSC control system. My car was ready on time and the repair was within the estimated amount.I think I have just found a new mechanic! I had an emergency repair need and was able to schedule a same-day appointment to get my car fixed. I brought my car into the shop at 11am and was on the road again before noon.

Best auto repair shop in Marin. Always courteous, honest, responsive and on time. Puts the dealers' high pressure, rude service departments to shame. The second my cars come off warranty, I take them to Mellow Motors. Sometimes I take them to Mellow even while under warranty just to avoid the hassle of going to the dealers.
